This 19th day of July 2000, upon consideration of the report of the Family Court upon remand by Order of this Court dated June 13, 2000, we conclude that the decision of the Family Court directed to the excess mileage expense issue is within the sound discretion of the trial court and, finding no abuse of discretion, we affirm.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the judgment of the Family Court be, and the same hereby is, AFFIRMED.
