This 22nd day of February 2002, it appears to the Court that this appeal is from an order of the Court of Chancery that adopted a Master’s final report on a petition for review of a will. The Court has considered the appellant’s opening brief, the appellees’ motion to affirm pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 25(a), and the extensive record from the Court of Chancery. The Court has determined that the judgment of the Court of Chancery should be affirmed on the basis of, and for the reasons set forth in, the Master’s well-reasoned final report dated May 16, 2001, as adopted by the Court of Chancery on September 13, 2001.[*]

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the appellees’ motion to affirm is GRANTED. The judgment of the Court of Chancery is AFFIRMED.
