No. 267, 2005.Supreme Court of Delaware.Submitted: September 8, 2005.
Decided: November 8, 2005.
Family Court of the State of Delaware, in and for New Castle County, File No. CN04-08265, Petition No. 04-17953.
Before STEELE, Chief Justice, JACOBS, and RIDGELY, Justices.
ORDER
HENRY DuPONT RIDGELY, Justice.
This 8th day of November 2005, after careful consideration of the appellant’s opening brief, the appellee’s motion to affirm, we find it manifest that the judgment should be affirmed on the basis of the Family Court’s order dated June 3, 2005. A motion to reopen a judgment is left to the sound discretion of the trial court.[*] We find no abuse of the trial court’s discretion in this case.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the judgment of the Family Court is AFFIRMED.
