This 19th day of July, 2000, upon consideration of the papers filed by the parties and the record in this case, it appears that:

In light of the Court’s decision dated June 5, 2000 remanding the above-captioned matter to the Court of Common Pleas and the Court’s decision of July 12, 2000 denying Appellee’s Motion for Reargument, the Court finds that Appellee’s Motion for An Award of Sanctions, filed July 18, 2000, is moot.

Therefore, the Court hereby DISMISSES Appellee’s motion.
