This 23rd day of June 2010, the Court has considered the notice to show cause issued to the appellant, Emmett Poon, Jr., on May 19, 2010, for his failure to file the notice of appeal within thirty days of the February 26, 2010 order from which the appeal is taken as required by Supreme Court Rule 6(a)(iii). Poon has not responded to the notice to show cause. Poon’s failure to respond to the notice to show cause is deemed to be his consent to the dismissal of this appeal.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to Supreme Court Rules 3(b)(2), 6(a)(iii) and 29(b), that the appeal is DISMISSED.
