NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that the Report of the Board on Professional Responsibility filed on May 30, 2001 (copy attached) is hereby APPROVED. As recommended, the Respondent is publicly reprimanded, subject to a two year probationary period, on the terms stipulated. The matter is hereby CLOSED.
