This 15th day of January 2003, upon consideration of Roland Williams’ original petition for a writ of habeas corpus, it appears to this Court that the petition must be dismissed. This Court has no original jurisdiction to issue a writ of habeas corpus.[1]

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that Williams’ petition is hereby DISMISSED.
