This 12th day of April 2011, the Court has considered the notice issued on March 15, 2011 to Peter Kostyshyn to show cause why his petition for a writ of mandamus should not be dismissed for this Court’s lack of jurisdiction to issue a writ of mandamus to the Justice of the Peace Court. Kostyshyn has not responded to the notice to show cause. Kostyshyn’s failure to respond to the notice to show cause is deemed to be his consent to the dismissal of this matter.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to Supreme Court Rules 3(b)(2) and 29(b), that the petition for a writ of mandamus is DISMISSED.
