ORDER
This 28th day of April, 2010 upon consideration of the failure of WILLIAM P. FITZGERALD, ESQUIRE to appear before the Supreme Court on April 28, 2010 as directed in a Rule to Show Cause why he should not be suspended as a member of the Delaware Bar for failure to timely file the 2010 annual registration statement and to pay the necessary registration assessments, NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 69(j), that WILLIAM P. FITZGERALD, ESQUIRE be and he hereby is SUSPENDED as a member of the Bar of the State of Delaware. The period of suspension shall be indefinite and shall continue until the respondent petitions this Court for reinstatement and demonstrates his fitness to practice law in the State of Delaware.
The Clerk of this Court is directed to transmit forthwith a certified copy of this Order to the Register in Chancery in each county, the Prothonotary in each county, the Clerk of the Court of Common Pleas in each county, the Clerk of the Family Court in each county, the Chief Magistrate of the Delaware Justice of the Peace Courts, the Office of Disciplinary Counsel, the Commission on Continuing Legal Education and the Lawyer’s Fund for Client Protection.
