This 3rd day of June 2011, it appears to the Court that, on May 18, 2011, the Clerk issued a letter to appellants directing them to respond by May 31, 2011 to appellant Leta Parker’s motion to dismiss this appeal for lack of jurisdiction. The appellants have failed to respond to the motion to dismiss within the required time period; therefore, dismissal of this action is deemed to be unopposed.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, pursuant to Supreme Court Rules 3(b) and 30(b), that the within appeal is DISMISSED.
