Marshall has mooted this appeal; and it further appearing that, since Appellant will be seeking attorneys’ fees and costs associated with this litigation from its inception, this Court should not act with respect to attorneys’ fees and costs on appeal at this time;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that this appeal be and the same hereby is DISMISSED as MOOT and the Court’s Rule to Show Cause is VACATED.
