ORDER
This 17th day of May 2000, upon consideration of the briefs of the parties, the Court concludes that the Superior Court properly exercised its discretion in refusing appellant the opportunity to further amend the complaint in view of the extended history of this case, including this Court’s affirmance of the previous decision of the Superior Court dismissing New Castle County and Paul Reynolds as parties in the underlying litigation. Gunzl v. New Castle County and Paul Reynolds, Del. Supr., No. 485, 1999, Walsh, J., (June 21, 1996) (ORDER).
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the judgment of the Superior Court be, and the same hereby is,
AFFIRMED.
