Decided: October 28, 2003

Court Below-Superior Court of the State of Delaware, in and for New Castle County C.A. No. 02C-03-249

Before VEASEY, Chief Justice, HOLLAND, and STEELE, Justices.

Randy J. Holland, Justice.

ORDER
This 28th day of October 2003, upon consideration of the parties’ briefs and the record below, it is manifest that the judgment below should be affirmed on the basis of the Superior Court’s well-reasoned decision dated March 7, 2003 and the order denying reargument dated March 18, 2003.

Based on the undisputed facts, the Superior Court did not error in holding that Davis had failed, as a matter of law, to establish claims against the defendants for defamation or conspiracy.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the judgment of the Superior Court is AFFIRMED.
