This 24th day of February 2004, upon consideration of the briefs of the parties and the record below, it appears to the Court that the judgment of the Family Court should be affirmed on the basis of and for the reasons set forth in its decision dated June 25, 2003.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the judgment of the Family Court is AFFIRMED.[1]

[1] In his answering brief, Appellee requests this Court to order Appellant’s brother to stop harassing him and to order Appellant to cease using his name. These requests are not properly before this Court and, therefore, will not be considered in this appeal.
