This 16th day of May 2003, upon consideration of Reddick’s original petition for a writ of habeas corpus, the rule to show cause, and Reddick’s response thereto, it appears to this Court that Reddick’s petition must be dismissed. This Court has no original jurisdiction to issue a writ of habeas corpus.[*]

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the petition for habeas corpus is hereby DISMISSED.
